Why we made this policy
At Bliss, we understand that shopping online doesn’t always go as planned — and that’s totally okay. If the fit feels off or the item just isn’t what you expected, we’ve made returns and exchanges as easy and fair as possible.
How it works
You can try on your item while the courier is present.
If it’s not right for you, simply hand it back — no pressure. For a return or exchange to be accepted, the item must be:
- Unworn
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
What to keep in mind
To keep everything smooth and fair, please note:
- Returns or exchanges must happen during delivery
- Once the courier leaves, we won’t be able to process your request
- Sale items are final — no returns or exchanges on discounted products
- Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect
- All requests must be submitted through our official return/exchange form
- The courier will usually contact you via SMS or WhatsApp, so you’ll know exactly when your order is arriving and be ready to try it on
