Why we made this policy

At Bliss, we understand that shopping online doesn’t always go as planned — and that’s totally okay. If the fit feels off or the item just isn’t what you expected, we’ve made returns and exchanges as easy and fair as possible.


How it works

We always recommend trying your order at the time of delivery for the best experience.

You can try on your item while the courier is present.

If it’s not right for you, simply hand it back — no pressure.

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the item must be:

  • Unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached

Exchange Policy (After Delivery)

If you decide after the courier leaves, we offer exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All tags must still be attached
  • The request must be submitted within 24 hours through our official form

Refund Policy

Refunds are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received the wrong item

How the refund process works:

After submitting your request through the official form, our team will review it and contact you within 24–48 business hours.

If approved, we will arrange the pickup within 2–4 business days.

Once received, the item will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.

After approval, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

Our goal is to keep the process simple, clear, and fair for everyone.


Shipping & Fees

  • Exchange requests are subject to shipping fees
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable
  • In case of defective or incorrect items, Bliss covers all shipping costs

What to keep in mind

To keep everything smooth and fair, please note:

  • Returns during delivery are the easiest option
  • Exchanges are only available within 24 hours after delivery
  • Requests cannot be processed after the 24-hour window
  • Sale items are final — no returns or exchanges on discounted products
  • All requests must be submitted through our official return/exchange form
  • Our team may review each request based on item condition
  • The courier will usually contact you via SMS or WhatsApp
