Do I need to open an account to shop at Bliss?
No, you don’t have to. You can shop and check out as a guest every time.
However, creating an account makes your experience smoother – no need to re-enter your details every time. You can sign up now, or create your account during checkout.

How do I create an account?
Click on “Login/Register” and fill in your personal details under the “Register” section.

How do I place an order?
Just browse, choose your favorite pieces, and add them to your cart.
When you’re done, go to your cart, review your items and info, then proceed to checkout.

I’m having trouble adding items to my cart. What should I do?
If an item is available, you should be able to add it. If not, it may be temporarily held in another customer’s cart, which is why it appears as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

How can I pay for my order?
We currently offer two payment options:
1. Cash on Delivery – available for local orders.
2. *Online Paymen*t – pay securely using your credit/debit card during checkout.

Can I amend or cancel my order?
